It helps us create different types of data sets in our system that help me understand how customers are interacting/engaging with my business online and offline. I love the fact it has helped solve problems for clients by providing them insights into their customer information which they didn't know about previously! The reporting section could be improved as well - more customised reports would have been appreciated instead of just general ones when we need specific analytics or KPIs from certain time periods. A good tool if used correctly but some things can get complicated when trying to set up rules etc so best advice here is try out other tools first before committing yourself fully to this one. Using kombatny's software to gain insight into where potential new leads may come form. This allows me to see what social media groups people might belong too based upon previous interaction or conversation i've had online & also where.
