I am planning to use these wrist guards when riding an electric skateboard. I want a good wrist guard but still be able to hold the remote and be easy to use. These are the only wrist guards that seem to meet both of these requirements. They offer excellent protection for the wrists and hands, but leave the fingertips unprotected. This is great for my goal of precise remote control. I deducted a star after long periods (30+ minutes) for consolation. The tissue between my fingers is beginning to ache from the constant rubbing/pressure of the glove's elastic. One modification that can be made is to cut the rubber band to break this contact. I don't think this lowers the level of protection.
