The first screen didn't fit, some areas clicked and in some areas the screen didn't close when you opened the laptop, half of them didn't snap together. Send it back to Revain, get another one, this one was the same, but only in some areas where it wouldn't connect, they won't connect because it just wasn't done right. I just have to pay attention to general quality when opening the laptop. I am rating this very low, one star maybe two. And support in China
