I would like to start by saying that I am very happy with this cover. It has made my steering wheel much more comfortable and looks great! It was a bit tricky to put on, but I can sew and sew comfortably. I started with the bottom center and checked the lacing once or twice to make sure I understood what to do. The thread is strong and waxed, so I found that when I laced about an inch, I massaged the leather around the handlebars more and then tightened the lacing. It took a while. I would advise not to rush. I think it took me about an hour to set everything up, plan and complete the process. That being said, I wanted to make sure it looked and fit well. The only problem areas were the thumb areas on my 2013 VW sports car. I also took the time to wrap the edges around the pins. Overall I am very happy with this case.
