Review on NetQuest BI by Tom Roberts

I like that it is easy to use, allows for multiple workflows/reports etc., can be easily updated by user or developer with no issues! - Not much- not enough customization options available - No ability to add new connections (i.e. external data sources) without having to purchase additional licenses - Have used other products in past but this one has been overall best so far. We are using netquest bisto create reports within our sales team as well as management reporting across all teams at my organization.
