I finally broke down and bought another Foodsaver after owning the original Tilia Foodsaver for almost 20 years. And yes, after reading hundreds of reviews and other research, I settled on the FoodSaver FM2435-ECR. I'm not disappointed either. I was looking for a vacuum sealer that is not bulky but has a powerful motor to ensure adequate suction of the bags and this machine was just what I needed. An added bonus is that you can put a sack roll in the machine and cut it to the desired length in record time. I am an avid hunter and fisherman and I intend to get every penny out of this car. like the previous one. I have only used this new machine 6-7 times so far and it has worked flawlessly. Of course, the company doesn't make much money from the machine itself. They rely on expensive bags to make their profits, so advice for those reading this review. You can find cheaper packages that may be more affordable. Just make sure they actually work with the Foodsaver machine. And with each bag, make sure you cut it long enough so you can use the same bag over and over again. If you cut your pack just enough to fit what you are sealing, you will most likely find it too small to reuse. If my review was helpful, please like it. Many Thanks.
