We LOVE these shades. Even better than $40 blinds/blinds. Our cats tore up our old blinds and we needed wireless blinds. They are perfect in every way: 1. They let light through! It's not so dark and dirty in our apartment during the day, and by the way, neither is it in the evening. It really is light filtering! I doubted this quality but I am very happy with it.2. People can't see inside! And you can't see it Great light with total privacy.3. Inexpensive! For $12, I recommend this to any other shade/blind, expensive or not. SO EASY to install! We just figured out what length we need, cut it off about 2-4 inches with a kitchen knife (scissors cut unevenly due to thickness), then remove the top and tape it to the top of the windows. fell, not a single part came off, no problems. 5. CAT FRIENDLY! Since you are holding these blinds with 2 clips, the clips will give up before the cats can mess with the blinds in any way. I saw a jerk as his head popped out sideways and the clip popped out rather than damaging the blinds. 6. Stretching after the first few uses. I clamp them in the morning and lower them at night. Blinds on the thin part of the window (the part where you have to swipe your fingers in any direction and take the window off to open the window) and it works great! All you have to do is trim the bottom or we've found it won't stay because it's too thick for the clip. Overall we are thrilled with these blinds/blinds! Would highly recommend to anyone as you can cut them however you like!
