Error after 24 hours. HAZARDOUS WASTE.

This collar is hazardous waste. While the components are well stitched, the metal pieces that attach the collar to the martingale section are not welded and will snap if your dog pulls too hard. Look at the picture. This happened in less than 24 hours after receiving the goods. Thank goodness we were home and my dog was just happy to see my husband and not run around town with other dogs and people. She broke free and luckily she has a good memory so he just took her to the yard. If I could give zero stars I would.
