The neck size is right - be big or go home!
Measurements given are accurate to neck size - there is little stretch beyond this maximum so make sure you order a little more. We have little Rupert (a 14 lb terrier mix), a very very *small* dog, a large sweater and it fits him perfectly, no issues preventing urination etc. What a lovely outfit for a warm one puppies! The puppy costume is highly recommended.
