Review on ๐ŸŒพ WheatDreamz Organic Buckwheat Pillow - USA Made Cotton Shell - Zippered Cover - 14"x 20" Dimensions by Johnny Bowen

Good for your neck and for your sleep.

My wife and I often have neck pain in the morning. A few years ago we visited Japan and we had such a pillow. Not long ago I was researching Revain options. This particular brand isn't the cheapest choice, but it's genuinely scary to think about sleeping on buckwheat hulls that have been fumigated en route to this country. WheatDreamz says they're organic, and I notice they don't even smell like buckwheat, only they don't smell like those pillows. We first bought one of these for my wife in Japanese size (14" x 20"). The pillow is mostly filled with shells, with enough free space to adjust the pillow to your head. We're talking solid, bead-like objects, not a fluffy down pillow. The difference is that once you lie down and stand it up, these torsos stay where they are (ideally, your spine should be straight). The descent gradually lowers your head, causing neck pain. The first one we bought had free Prime shipping. (Hooray!). After trying my wife's pillow for a couple of naps and one night (and she woke up that morning with a sore neck), I bought a second one, although it was about $10 more expensive since the company now charges for delivery puts. I am very happy with the purchase. I would suggest that if you don't need a large beauty pillow when the bed is made, the Japanese size will suffice, with more than enough room for your head. If the pillow is too full for you, you can remove part of the cover. I'm glad we got it.
