Best buy at $15. Definitely 5 stars and sure you get your money's worth. The only thing I wish it came with balloon instructions. You must be careful as they may tear when inflated. And I think the plastic part is for the balloons, I threw them away because I didn't use them in the install. Then use a plastic straw to deflate and store the balloons for next time.
