Update 2 New remote control arrived and works great. Sent out right away. No headaches or BS. Perfect customer service. 5 Stars! Update: I sent a message to the company and they responded and helped me very quickly. They have a new remote control on its way to me. So far I am very happy with the professionalism and speed of their customer service. I will update and change the rating as soon as a new remote comes out and see if it works or not. _____________________________________________ I tried 3 sets of batteries in this remote control and nothing happened. Same as the remote control that came with the TV but it just doesn't work. Nothing covers the TV to block the signal and I tried while standing right next to the TV. Very dissatisfied with my purchase. 0 star rating from me. I would try anything else if you are considering this controller.
