I really like this hair clipper and I use it to trim my husband's hair. I love the wireless, quiet sound and the long battery life. The only problem I had was getting all the hair out of the clippers after use. So far I've only done the best I can with a small brush. I've recently seen hair getting caught between the blades so I carefully unscrewed the 2 Phillips head screws on the top of the clipper to clean the hair. At that moment, the entire top fell out, including 2 blades, a plastic insert and a thin metal spring. After that, I couldn't assemble it properly, and the instructions in the instructions aren't very clear. I would welcome suggestions from other buyers who may have encountered this issue. I sent an email to the company's customer service but they did not reply. Update: My husband, who is very tech savvy, tried to reassemble the clipper parts to no avail. .
