Review on 🏠 Waykar 1500 Sq. Ft Home Dehumidifier for Basement with Continuous Drain Hose and Reusable Air Filter by Polo Acri

I bought it to protect my house from moisture. This is a 1500 square foot home. However, it does not reach the whole house. More like 220sf. Seems to be working fine. The tank filled up very quickly, the problem is that the tank was supposed to turn itself off after filling, but it didn't and the water kept leaking onto my carpet. I had to unplug it and try to get the tank out, spilling more water on the carpet to drain it. Yes, it fills up quickly. After 4-8 hours the tank is full. He takes water out of the air. But it doesn't turn off immediately when it's filled. This is a huge problem. When you turn the machine off to deal with the overflow, suddenly as soon as you replace the drain box and turn it on, it forgets that the humidity appeared to be 45% and is rising to 67% and sits there for a while while the tank recovers did not overflow again. 🙄 I will have more and will probably send back and get another one. Maybe mine is a bunk, I haven't seen anyone complain about water all over the floor or what they sit on. Or the problem I have. I know when it was delivered it was in a heavy box (own box) with little protection from someone throwing it or falling over etc. The car is quite heavy. Or I can be a snob. That is possible. That doesn't bother me because it's good to have something that doesn't tip over. Finally, the instructions are ridiculously written. I mean. It's a headache to read and understand. I'm starting to try to think like a low IQ person to figure it out. However, this is not possible. There are words where they shouldn't be, words that don't make sense. Someone really needs to test these things before releasing them. Other than that I have no idea how to actually work with this thing other than plug it in and wish the best. Maybe that's why he doesn't automatically stop the damn car like he claims. I do not know. I will give it a few more days to see if it gets fixed and then send a new one. Update: Sending it back for another one. It's just giving me more headache and confusion than it's worth. Let's pray that the following works are correct as I want this to work.
