I bought an old model of this webcam and I really like it. Unfortunately, this new model that looked like an improvement is actually a huge step backwards in terms of being able to plug it into your computer monitor. The old model fits easily over my laptop screen; it just won't happen. The clip is too loose and the little "leg" at the base of the clip that is meant to hook onto the back of the monitor/screen just slips off (this seems to create more problems than it solves). The old model balances well, but I've tried so many different ways to balance this version of the webcam with no success. If you want to use a tripod to mount this webcam, everything is fine. But if, like me, you need to connect it to your laptop for business meetings, it's useless. Will return.
