later I tested this with several different pens because washi tape often resists pens and markers. I was very happy with the result - only the gel pen jumped a bit, the rest of the pens worked perfectly. While the price may seem high, each has enough trackers to last more than a few years. I think it's good value for money. The only minor downside is that the tape is slightly translucent. So if you use paper with a ruled grid (chart), the underlying lines can show through and conflict with the lines on the washi tape. I'm very happy with it!
