Absolutely normal . . .
Overall I would say that the purchase is good, just one thing and the chances of this happening can be 1 in a million. The rotary cutter blade had a very small notch and slipped off while cutting. However, if you replace the blade, the cutting tool itself is of good quality. All other materials included in the kit were fine and overall it was good value for money.
