Review on Biscaynebay 72X72 Brown Water Resistant Shower Curtain Liner - Rust Resistant Grommets, Weighted Bottom Hem & Machine Washable by Kimberly Marquez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

It does the job - my new review

I think "heavy weight" is a bit misleading. It's thin but not flimsy. Soft fabric. It will get drenched on the inside, but the outside remains dry to the touch. This can stand alone, or you can dress it up with a decorator curtain on the outside. There is a braided cord inside the hem, so it is a bit "weighted", but don't expect a heavy weight. It doesn't billow in, so it won't wrap itself around you, it stays in place. People complain that this will get mouldy, mildewy and "pink" stained at the bottom. This is true. When it starts to get grungy, pop it in the washer and dryer. If you have a stall, consider the 72" curtain. My stall is 35" and the 36" stall curtain was not wide enough. These curtains are a huge step up from the nasty vinyl liners we used for years.

Pros
  • Love it!
Cons
  • Better than a plastic liner but no weights in the bottom to keep it down.
