When I first ordered the set, there was a mix up with the address, it was quickly resolved. I recieved my order in a few large boxes. The set was not difficult to put together, however the small allen wrench that was included to assemble it did a number on my hands. For years I used those plastic shower curtain liners because I thought this was the only way to keep water out of my tub or shower area. I was so wrong. The plastic liners are very hard to clean and they are - in a word - ugly. I think "heavy weight" is a bit misleading. It's thin but not flimsy. Soft fabric. It will get drenched on the inside, but the outside remains dry to the touch. This can stand alone, or you can dress it up with a decorator curtain on the outside. There is a braided cord inside the hem, so it is a bit "weighted", but don't expect a heavy weight. I needed a gold-ish shower curtain liner to match my bathroom decor. I like it; it's functional but it doesn't have any magnets or weights at the bottom to hold it in place.

Listed as a weighted shower curtain. Does not have any weights. It moves around a lot in the shower. Seems fairly waterproof, but does not have the plastic backing like some curtains do. For the price it's ok.

I bought this liner for the color (beige) to match my bathrooom towels, etc. The color is perfect and the liner works without water seeping through. I read another review that said water got all over her floor because it did not repel the water. Unless that person is horsing around in the shower, or has water spraying everywhere while showering, I cannot imagine that water would get on the floor if the curtain in inside the tub area. The color is true to the picture, which is more than what can be said about a few merchants here. It was exactly what I wanted and needed to be. The gold, is gold. I haven’t used it yet, so I can’t say much about the suction power, water resistance, or whether or not it will be eating clean. I’m not seeing any magnets or weight at the bottom, so I’m not sure where that suction power would come from. However, I’m completely satisfied with the aesthetics-which is the main reason I bought it.

I’m returning due to rethinking a new theme these shower curtains have been a favorite I’m returning the color and choosing a much different one I’m always changing something but this is a fantastic buy

The item I received did not a weighted hem as described. I kept it and it works fine but I would have preferred the weighted hem.
