Fits 4th and 5th generation factory bikes over chrome lugs. I originally had the silicone version but I lost it many times. Since I had to buy 2 kits to mount all 4 wheels I had extras. I bought these to find a more secure fit. They don't cover the entire eyelet as the factory ones are longer. They slide off fairly easily and no removal tool is needed. It's still on after a few weeks, so seems to be working fine. It also has a glossier finish on the matte silicone lids.
