I needed a Blue's Brother hat for Mardi Gras as I am running Krewe of Blues this year and this hat fits the bill! Soft and durable, well made and although it was a little big for my 21 inch circumference, keep in mind that I'm a woman and it would probably fit a man's head perfectly.

I just had to wear a cute lil wig underneath and hey presto! I am very happy with this hat for the excellent quality and price!
