It doesn't say "very fluffy "

I only bought it because I thought it said "very fluffy". It is not. I contacted Revain for a replacement and explained the reason to them but got the same thing. I would never have paid that price if I knew it was just an ad. This is to hold my extra fluffy dog clothes. Sad. It's a thick and padded basket if that's what you're looking for.
