Has pros: Vitamins really work. After a few weeks, I began to feel much calmer. The anxiety and irritability are gone. Has some cons: It is inconvenient that a dose of 400 mg is two tablets. I don’t understand yet how best to take it - two at the same time or one in one meal, the other in another.
