The cups are striking, the lids fit perfectly. They keep the drink warm/hot for a reasonable amount of time but not that impressive. They should definitely have sleeves. I heat water to a boil in the microwave (2 minutes on an old microwave) and need to double it. I had water on the floor after about an hour and it was a cup of coffee from a pot - not super heated. They don't all lick while maybe 20% licked. Haven't used stir sticks or holders yet but both seem to be of good quality. I won't buy them again, but I don't feel cheated either. They just aren't that good and I feel like I can find better mugs for the money.
