I have to carry about 3 pounds of infusion pump attached to my stomach with a long tube. It helps because it doesn't add weight and looks like an athletic belt. I'm only 38 years old so it's hard for me to use a breast pump all day to avoid being bedridden. I love to exercise and go out. Thankfully, gym clothes aren't frowned upon, so I always look like I'm going to a workout. It also turned out to be quite durable.
