The first thing I should mention is that I have an older version of this system and it has always worked fine. After recently looking at this system on the internet, I decided to update it. It was a good decision. It seems they've thought of all the little things that are so important to create a complete system. The camera and monitor consistently deliver crisp, clear images. I've never had reception problems when travelling, the picture remains constant and clear. Additionally, they took the time to address installation issues such as blocking the cable connector (see image) and installing a rubber grommet (see image) for passing camera cables through walls. Providing a large and permanently attached monitor sunshade (see photo), the required Allen key and screwdriver, and more than sufficient instructions and online videos to ensure a smooth installation. I can't help but notice the new improved control panel. There is no longer a need to press mechanical buttons, instead they have integrated their control buttons into the screen (see photo). It is important to note that this is an upgradeable system and can hold up to 4 cameras. Finally, I would like to say that the customer service of this product is excellent. They have always responded quickly to emails about their products. My system is on a 33 foot 2006 Fleetwood Fiesta.
