Good solid bracket that is fairly easy to install and holds the TV in place well. The mounting screws have a hex head, which is much better than the simple Phillips recess that I've seen on other mounting screws. Allows use of a socket or wrench instead of a slipping screwdriver. However, the little plastic clips that are supposed to hold the wires and cables are pretty much useless. If you never move the mount they might be fine, but any tension on the cables and they'll just come loose. A pack of zip ties would have been far more useful.
