I bought these because I liked the high quality of the plastic they are made from. I could tell the plastic wouldn't break that easily. However, the big problem with them is that due to their round shape, they tend to wobble whether you are lying on the bed or not. I was a little nervous putting them on for the first time but decided to give it a try anyway. It really wasn't a problem until one day I put the bedspread on the bed and when I pulled it to the side it tipped over and the bed collapsed. Draft. Of course I haven't been able to find plastics that are as durable as the round ones but like my last ones they last a good 6 or 7 years before they start cracking. Just check every year if they need to be replaced. I'd rather deal with that than worry about the bed tipping onto the floor while I'm in it.
