Good quality, nice and long. I use it as a pillow and armrest. The cover is very nice and can be washed. The contents of the pillow move throughout the night so it needs to be redistributed at night to keep it where I want it to support my neck, head and arms. Also, it tends to get very hot, so not the best option for summer naps. I think I'll enjoy it a lot in the cooler months. Update July 71, 2018 - The pillow manufacturer contacted me via email asking about my issue with content moving inside the pillow. I reiterated my disappointment and the manufacturer offered to send me another pillow for extra "filling" for the first pillow. The extra pillow arrived quickly. I adjusted the content of the pillow and now it's perfect for me! I am impressed with the company's customer service.
