Good protein powder to drink before bed. Do not mix with milk! It will get lumpy and too thick, just mix whatever you need with water. I use a spoonful of water before bed to help with weight gain and it works well. The taste is pleasant, it mixes well with water and usage more or less depends on how thick you like it. I like it a little fatter so it fills my stomach a little more and fills me up, not waking up in the middle of the night hungry and crashing on the fridge and eating something I probably shouldn't. If you are trying to gain weight its good to have this before bed it helps a lot for me i am gaining slower which is better than gaining weight too fast and gaining mostly fat and if you are not the Are type that just eat all day, maybe try and have some smoothies in between meals to get calories and protein.
