The orthopedist gave us this Oral-B brush and I tried to buy more, they are very nice and can be used with braces. The orthopedist gave us a very fat one that looked like a Christmas tree, these are NOT these! The orthopedic was shaped like a tree with a pointed tip that was wider at the bottom and fluffy for brushing off dirt. They don't bend very easily. They are very thin and the wire will bend if you breathe on it too hard. Very disappointed. I'm sure some people would like it, but I don't. Whatever it is, it's good quality, doesn't fall apart or break, just not what I wanted.
