Review on BS MALL Foundation Brushes Synthetic Brushes by Monique Andino

I just received my brushes and haven't used them for makeup yet. I will now check what I can. Then I will update them after washing and using them. So here are a few details I must have and will use to review these brushes: 1) MUST HAVE very soft bristles. Daily use of a stiff/hard brush can damage skin, cause wrinkles and dry skin. So unless the brush is incredibly soft, I will never use it. 2) I CAN'T stand brushes that leave loose bristles on my face or get stuck in my makeup. It violates the terms of the contract. UPDATE: Loose bristles have definitely become attached to my face. From 1 to 5, 5 because there are so many bristles that I can't use them I'm giving a 2 here. Not bad. 3) MUST be washable. A brush is useless if I can't clean it regularly. If it is of poor quality, it will fall apart when washed. UPDATE: I lost LOTS of bristles after the first wash. So many that I had to wash my washcloth to take them off twice before washing my brushes. I haven't washed them again to see if that's the problem. Maybe this is the first wash from the factory. I expected that. 4) NO STRIPES. If the brush isn't thick enough or too loose, it will apply the foundation instead of blending it into the skin. UPDATE: I have not used any liquid foundation brush other than a large oval brush. And this is my FAVORITE BRUSH! No streaks, no protruding bristles. Now I will wash them. I will update each point below as I proceed. For now I give this 4 stars. Based on softness versus price only. For less than $8 I never expected them to be soft so even if I only use 1 brush from the set it's worth it. Oh! I can now say that after pretending to use brushes on my face, I will never use the smallest oval brush (which should be for concealer) to apply anything to my face. It is very rough, hard and not suitable for the skin. I think it will be ideal for removing dried eyelashes from mascara, but I will not use it for anything else. But the rest is very soft. FINAL REVIEW: For the price, this set is amazing. Not the best quality but definitely worth it for under $8. I recommend this set to everyone who is looking for good brushes at a very reasonable price.
