I like that it can be used for both employees with profiles as well as clients who are searching for potential hires. It's easy to create user accounts and import contacts from other software solutions such as LinkedIn or Outlook via CSV files so no need to export anything manually! The search bar doesn't always work properly when you're typing in information directly into the system (especially if there isn't much text). There could definitely use more features but overall this program does what we needed fairly easily - especially since our contact database has been growing quite quickly over time. We haven't found many benefits outside of being able to manage employee directories. However, some organizations might find value by having their own internal talent databases rather than relying solely upon external platforms. This allows them to keep track of current members' details within one place without needing to add each new member.
