Review on snaps by Patrick Burton

I like how easy it was to create my first bot, as well as adding more bots later! The support team has been great so far in helping me with any questions that come up along the way too. Not much at this point but everything seems very straightforward/easy and intuitive which makes things go smoothly now. It's still young though - not many features yet available or working properly (yet). If you're looking into building your own chatbot platform then definitely give SnapChat another look because they have some pretty good tools already built-in such as their API. We are using snapchat to automate our customer service department by creating automated messages when certain keywords appear in chats. This allows us to be able to resolve issues faster without having to constantly respond back manually via text messaging every time someone needs help.
