Great to get annoying habits under control.
Dubious, this was recommended to me to help with skin picking- you know those nervous habits like lip biting. I have found it to very effective in this area. It looks like a toy but does not feel like one. The different activities, textures and motions are a cool distraction. I have found it to be sturdy so far. Oddly enough it was easier to use in my non-dominant hand and after getting used to it using it in my dominate hand became easy.
