Review on LG 34BK95U W UltraFine UltraWide Thunderbolt 75Hz: High Dynamic Range and Tilt Adjustment by Bradshaw Pentapati

Very rare dpi for this size - I'm in heaven

I've been trying for a long time to find the perfect monitor for my 13" MacBook Pro. The most important feature is the USB-C connector, which means that ONE CABLE connects the computer to the display. It transmits power to charge the laptop ., as well as audio, video and data. Anything you plug into the display's two standard USB ports will automatically 'plug' into the laptop. But the Mac's native display is 218 pixels per inch (ppi) - a retina display. I actually bought two other 34" monitors before I found this LG and returned them both because they were 109ppi! HALF clarity. Text looked blurry! After I looked at the. When I got used to the MacBook Pro's screen I just couldn't take it anymore This is 163ppi which makes a HUGE difference Text and graphics are crisp Colors and brightness are phenomenal I didn't experience any of the sleep described by other reviews f/open mac problems. This is the ONLY ultra-wide monitor BY ANY company with a pixel density of 163ppi. I am happy. I could look at it all day (and I will). The speakers sound dirty, so be prepared for that. And I wish there were more than two USB ports on the back; To accommodate the microphone, camera, Bluetooth mouse receiver, card reader, and backup drive, I had to purchase a USB docking station to accommodate one of these ports. Otherwise, though, it's pure visual paradise.
