Review on Stant 10331 Automotive Accessories by Jay Liu

Purchased to replace a different brand (Murray) radiator cap that was bought at a local auto parts store. Murray, who shares some similarities (but not many), is a much smaller version of this. Don't be fooled by appearances or belief that these are 2 peas from one pod. I did a decent comparison between the 2 and this is a real winner. The Murray started leaking within a few weeks of purchase and the tab didn't work as intended (it only helped unlock, but didn't relieve). This version of the Stant uses rivets instead, a slightly thicker set of washers, the red plastic arm is stronger, and the metal is better construction. fits better (even on a replacement heatsink) and doesn't seem to be discoloring (installed a few months ago). It is worth updating the usual radiator cap.
