First of all, these fans are solid and well built, at least it seems so, but after hooking up these new fans, I noticed that they are 12V and have proprietary connectors, meaning you can use them must use them Fan Hub, otherwise the fans are literally useless! Also, the hub doesn't have speed control that I found, so your fans will run at a set speed. One last thing, when I plugged in all 8 fans (also bought 5), 1 of them had no LED at all! These fans might be useful for some people, but for me I like controlling the fan to adjust the speed and hate the fact that they are useless if the controls don't work.
