Green people unite! These brushes are the perfect first step in reducing your use of non-recyclable plastic. Even the box and the dyes inside are biodegradable! The bristles are soft and good for removing plaque from teeth. Plus they are very affordable for 4 of them! The disadvantages are that the feel of bamboo takes some getting used to. It's not the smoothness you'd expect from a plastic toothbrush. Another problem is that bamboo sometimes has "splinters" where a bit of wood sticks out due to its swelling. It can be a little fiddly, but if you can find the splinter and rip/sand it off with a nail file, you'll be fine.
