DOESN'T MATCH SIZE! in my rating
They are definitely NOT true to size. I ordered a size 3 which, as stated in the description, is suitable for an age of 6-9 months. These were huge! More like a size 4 or 4.5, DEFINITELY NOT a size 3 for babies! These return. Dissatisfied.
