I bought them to use for gristle. I hate seeing the back of an earring in my ear. I think if I fold them and just show a bit of the mail it will be a lot less noticeable. Also smaller for sleeping Benefits So easy to bend even when it's already in my ear Can't even see the metal, looks like just a rock against the skin Pin so thin (24 gauge? Does such a thing exist?) that they will not stretch the hole/skin Very shiny Very small thin which is what I wanted Cons The head is so small my ear was irritated and it looked like a needle going straight through the hole Not sure if these earrings are irritating my ears, or if it's just b/c I haven't worn earrings in about 10 years! But overall they do exactly what I wanted. The back is easy to hide (the back is not necessary if it is bent in an L-shape).
