The shoes arrived on Tuesday evening and my daughter wore them the next day for a kindergarten photo shoot. When she came back I noticed scratches on the toes of her shoes. My daughter only wore them 4 hours which means they will be trash by the end of the week. I contacted the seller to inform them of the poor quality of the shoes but refused an exchange. I love the shoes but I am very disappointed with the poor quality and customer service.
