At first I was a bit skeptical because I had a white coating on my tongue for a long time (I cleaned it every day with a toothbrush to clean my tongue and even went to the doctor but nothing helped) so I was very happy that my white spot is gone and if it comes back I will use it again and it works great. Helpful Tips: 1) I use regular toothpaste (you don't need special toothpaste or gel for your tongue) 2) Be careful when using as the bristles are hard and can severely injure your tongue. 3) I use it very carefully and only clean once in the same place. 4 stars because they showed a white tongue brush but sent me a black one and didn't ask if I was ok.
