I purchased these battery operated votive candles from Luminara knowing that the Luminara quality would match these candles. No! (And they're not cheap.) I found the battery life terrible. Maybe 6 hours? I ordered battery sheets and tins from Revain. I finally complained directly to Luminara and after 3 tries they sent me their latest votive which doesn't have batteries that we have to change but needs to be charged. (They also sent a charger.) Battery life is only slightly better with rechargeable lanterns, but now when I use the TV's volume control, the lanterns turn on or off. Stay away. Stay away from these votives.
