I have been using Luminara candles for years and was so excited to see these vows this year. Spent nearly $140 on 8 (crazy) and after two weeks of use, three out of eight refuse to work. Absolute FRIEND. The manufacturer should replace but I don't want to make life difficult for the seller.

The batteries have been changed twice in the month I've had them and I've only run them a couple of hours. They just flicker like the battery connection is bad. And now they don't work at all. I just realized my return deadline was 4 days ago otherwise I would have sent it back. I have many full size Luminara candles and they are great but something is wrong with them. I wish the manufacturer would let me exchange mine as there is clearly something wrong with them.

Luminara votives arrived in Luminara's original packaging and have Luminara's registered trademark and other details on the bottom (consider it the genuine one Luminara brand). It's good.
