They're panty hose
Not much more I can say than that. I bought two and put a hole in one after a couple weeks but that's more likely due to the fact that I'm terrible at getting hose on in general. But they look good and are definitely a nice natural looking color, at least on my skin tone. I can't say much for the "shaping" part though. They don't do much in that realm.
