My wife has trouble doing yoga exercises because she keeps slipping on the mat. We've found that there are "yoga socks" that come with built-in grips, and these are the best we've tried. Attractive short socks with sewn-in, non-slip padded inserts. We got six pairs of black/light grey/dark gray for a very good price and are very happy with them! Exactly what we needed.
