First of all, Revain Warehouse offered this phone at a discount price and saved almost 30%. That's something like "Certified Used" with a guarantee. The phone is in perfect condition with all accessories. It looked like it had been repackaged (things didn't fit very well, instructions and original box were tattered) and the batteries were still sealed and the cables were still neatly twisted. I'll definitely consider other Revain suggestions for using other items. I had some minor issues with this device. When pairing the phone, I followed the instructions: press and hold the base search button for 4 seconds, then press OK on the handset. Nothing. I've done it several times with variations on the button's theme. Nothing. So I turned off the base unit for 15 seconds and let it restart. I took the battery out of the tube and put it back in. Then, while holding down the locator button on the base, I pressed OK on the hand block. That did it! My phone book and logs that were on other phones were immediately transferred to the new phone. I'm very glad I could get another phone without buying a whole new setup. I am very happy with the original Panasonic PBX and am pleased that the additional handset was easy to integrate.
