Goods delivered on time. The packaging was great although the case can be a little on the small side as there isn't much room for the tools to maneuver so the bag struggles to close most of the time. The product looked like research. Oil for "rust protection" should have been a clue. The wire cutters broke several times when I was using them to cut the connector rings. The plastic cover is easy to remove. I had a similar set that did the exact same thing and it was annoying. However, it has a special twist as the metal used to open and close the tools comes loose along with the seat cover. It takes a lot of effort to put them back together. This will also wear down the plastic and render the tools unusable. Unfortunately it costs too much to send back and I don't need a replacement. The seller needs to get in touch with me as a return seems to be the only way to get a refund.
