Updated Review June 13 - The company contacted me after my initial review and offered a solution to the "stuff" factor I mentioned in the beginning. Fantastic customer service - fast, responsive and solves the problem. Now for the pillow - still great, didn't mention it before, but the cover is very soft and snuggly. It's also detachable, so it's easy to clean (a big plus). Additional Disclosure - As a back sleeper, but also a pregnant woman, it was important that I transition to comfortable side sleeping by week 20. This pillow was the reason I can sleep on my side all night. I lean into him, tucking the bottom half between my legs while holding on to the top half. This is a definite change from my previous sleeping position and I am so grateful that I discovered this pillow as it has made me very comfortable (and supports a safe pregnancy) and is of great value. Excellent pillow and for the price I am very satisfied. The reason I don't rate 5 starts is that it's not as complete as I'd like, but overall it's great. Delivery was quick and easy. There was an odor initially, but it dissipated after about two days (ie when it reached its full swelling).
